The news of Balwant Singh Rajoana Hanging on which Akal Takht call for Bandh in Punjab &Punjab State Government seeking stay on Chandigarh High Court decision is very sad. This will put a question mark on the decision of judiciary in future i.e is there is  any value of the decision of High Court of India or Not. On the other hand the call for Bandh by a prominent body like Akal Takht which heads a religious group & whose one direction can change or affect the communal harmony of India. On the same issue the stand of Punjab state government to put a stay on the court decision is political in nature because why the state government and Akal Takht come in the favor of Balwant Singh Rajona, when few days left to hang him or implement the court judgment. Why SAD, Akal Takht & SGPC doesn�t came in favor of   Rajoana in July31, 2007 when court gave death sentence to Rajoana. At that time they forced the Indian government to take immediate action against Rajona and now they all come in favor of him on the grounds of communal harmony and mercy petition is only for their political interest not for a common man interest or communal harmony. SAD, SGPC & Akal Takht forgets that Rajoana is not only responsible for Beant Singh Death but he is also responsible for 3 commanders and other 17 people�s Death & he did not feel guilt for the same.
