Dear Editor:
I saw the article you ran on Pilates and I was pleased to see the exposure and the benefits Pilates has on health and well being in your paper.  I wanted to let you know that Pilates is available in this valley. I have been teaching Pilates for 12 years and for the past 8 years in the Rouge Valley. I am continually surprised and encouraged to see the benefits this work brings to my clients. I have a studio in Talent, and thought your readers may be interested to know it is available here not just in New York. I teach classes both on the floor(mat) and on Pilates apparatus. I also design and implement home programs for people, similar to what the article shows, however the programs are designed specifically for the individual.
